Yes ,but only when messi will able to free himself from Barca board as they have put a release clause of 700Mn euros which is almost impossible for any two club combined to pay such an enormous amount of payment adding his wages is unaffordable for any club,

But there is a way they can sign him as he himself push exit from Barcelona .

As his contract includes a clause in which he can exit Barcelona at the end of each season for free to any club of his choice, but the mess here is that due to corona it was ended in june 30 .

But Messi is rigidly trying to persuade Barcelona that due to Corona virus that clause must be extended till August end so that he can push an exit for free out of this club as this is the only way he can force an exti or Manchester city have to pay 700Mn euros of release clause.
