It's simple as that player who plays in Premier league would score most goals against the top 6 ,i.e Jamie Vardy with 37 goals .

But when you look at Messi's stats you will find that he had scored 4th highest number of goals (26) against the top 6 though he never Played English Premier league , he only meet these teams in Champions League once or twice .

This is a mind-blowing statistics For Messi, i just think that what will happen if he went to Premier league .
