Will Ronald Koeman be a success at FC Barcelona?

I think “Yess”, he will be successful at FC Barcelona but he needs time to implement what he actually want, the beautiful attacking football which we as a Barcelona fans are missing.

As for now at the time i am writing this answer Barcelona has played two of their laliga game and it's seems like there is hell a lot of difference can be seen in different aspects of the game like zonal press, retaining ball very quickly from opposition, quick in transition, discipline in defence, players are understanding thier part of role.

I know it's very early to say that everything has changed but i can say that team is pretty much motivated and wanted to give everything on the field, this is something which should be fundamentally inbuilt in players brain.

This is just another example how this team has performed in last two games and the friendlies.

Against Celta Vigo, We were 1 man down as Lenglet picking up a controversial red card which I'm not sure that was and playing with 10 players knowing that how past half decade had been for them on this Balaidos Stadium, Barcelona had not secured any win in past half decade on this cursed stadium.

Barcelona with 10 players were not ready to give up they further fought and pressed excellently and with a very quick transition they were able to secure goals and at last Barca won 3–0.

This will give you a clear idea how hungry they are ryt now. Barca were 2–0 up at that time but at 94th min just look and count how many Barca players are there in the box, in 94th min with two goals up they should have easily let that go but they didn't, these many Barca players in the box shows that what exactly Koeman has changed.

I will still remain on the fact that it's just 2 games and very early to judge him and his tactics, but for sure it's a great sign.

Hope you liked the analysis.

Net worth : £309 million ($400m) Source of wealth: Football contracts, endorsement deals, investments Messi's net worth is estimated to be around as of 2020. These figures are speculative, though, especially as his business interests tend not to be widely publicised. Does Koeman deserve another chance at BARCELONA?

Though i respect Koeman as a Barcelona Legend but for me Ronald koeman is simply not a coach Barca need at the moment, though he has done a great job by accepting a job at the worst time in the club's history, he has done a great job with the players he has, he does have a cule heart and is pretty much involved in the teams' dynamics intensely, took charge of club in their worst time in history while leaving his easier job at Netherland's national team is something everyone liked but he is not that great coach, which barca need at the moment. Starting a season with the worst record since Rijkaard era, but improving in the latter part of the season is great but it all came against weaker opponents, his tactics and game awareness lacks everytime he coach, his record against top 4 Spanish teams are even worst, shows his incompetency to compete tactically, worst record at camp nou has been produced during his tenure. Barcelona's results in La Liga against the o...

Match Analysis (Barca vs Bilbao) (1-1)-A Wakeup call

Playing vs Athletic in Bilbao is always a difficult task for Barça, and the game yesterday was no exception. However, it was an important wake-up call for Koeman and his players. Question is – Did he listen to the alarming sounds or will we see more games like this. It’s fair to say that Athletic Bilbao were the better team vs Barça, that failed to dominate the game. Moreover, the defense looked very bad. However, there were some good points to take from the game. Let’s start with them: Good Points Although it’s just the start of the season, the signing of Memphis Depay looks like a ‘Bingo’ so far. After Leo Messi left, Memphis quickly turned out as the main force in the Blaugrana attack. Yesterday it felt like he was there all alone trying to score and assist. Moreover, other players ruined good chances he created. And yes I’m talking about the awful miss of Braithwaite in the first minutes. The game could develop a lot different if he scored that goal. But overall great p...
